In this role, I own the Strategy and Execution of Medallia's Global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Observability (O11Y), and Production Services (Developer Productivity, SDLC Pipelines, Automations) divisions within the CTO Organization, spanning the US, Argentina, EU, Australia, and India.
My goal is simple: to ensure our systems operate with maximum efficiency and uptime while being cost-effective.
Through a strategic focus on reliability, observability, developer experience, and productivity, I drive the seamless performance of our infrastructure, enabling Medallia to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers worldwide, without any fine print
