Thomas was the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Expicient Inc. Expicient specialized in Omni Channel Commerce and grew from 2 to 280 employees with over 75 top retail clients across the globe and 150 million dollars in sales since Inception. Publicis Groupe (a French multinational advertising and public relations company) acquired Expicient in 2015.
