Thomas Bayer works as a development consultant for over 25 years. He cofounded predic8, a software consultancy located in Bonn Germany, he is interested in APIs, Microservices, and application integration. He developed and maintains open-source tools and libraries that are the foundation for several API products and services across the industry. In his spare time, he does yoga or takes photographs.

Thomas ist seit über 25 Jahren als Berater tätig und lernt ständig Neues durch die Arbeit mit interessanten Unternehmen und spannenden Problemen. Er ist Geschäftsführer bei der predic8 in Bonn und an der Entwicklung von Membrane, einem Open-Source-API-Gateway mit nativer Unterstützung für OpenAPI, beteiligt. Darüber hinaus teilt Thomas seine Erfahrung über Softwarearchitektur und APIs auf dem YouTube-Kanal von predic8. In seiner Freizeit widmet er sich dem Erlernen neuer Sprachen, der Fotografie und dem Sammeln von Werkzeugen.
