Dr. Tim Gentry is GM of Revenue at Athanor and formerly Chief Operating Officer of First Resonance, the Los Angeles company behind ION, a factory operating system for hardware manufacturers. He previously served as COO and then President of Clubspeed, COO and CRO of Perfecta, and President of Caw.me, and spent more than a decade at Avaya and Nortel in senior sales leadership roles, including SVP of Civilian Sales at Avaya Government Solutions, Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, and SVP of Business Transformation and Acceleration at Avaya. He taught as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and serves on the board of tagSpace. His doctoral research at Temple University examines how boards activate directors' crisis knowledge to drive recovery. Tim holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Temple University, an MBA from American University's Kogod School of Business, and a bachelor's degree from Salisbury University, and completed Harvard's Program for Leadership Development.
