Tobias Ander has a long and distinguished career working with IT and cyber security in the public sector, as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Örebro Municipality, the Swedish Transport Agency, and most recently the Swedish Armed Forces. In 2017 he was awarded the ”GRC Profile of the Year” (Governance, Risk and Compliance). Tobias is a well-renowned author and lecturer with a speciality in working with management and governance, as well as information security culture.
Tobias just released the English version “Information Security Culture – the missing layer of cyber defence”, a book that changed the Swedish society in how to involve the human behaviour in Information Security.
