I believe that people can grow and improve every day, and more importantly, it is possible to have fun while doing it.
I have been delivering software solutions in one manner or another since the mid-90’s and started by installing token ring networks and configuring Windows 3.11. Since then, I have been a developer, architect, XP coach and most recently an all-around agile coach.
I currently work for Motion Consulting Group as a Sr. Agile Coach, and use a mixture of high energy instruction, serious games, and data analytics to help organizations discover where they can best find room to improve.
