Tom has been working with communities for 12 years to improve underground infrastructure by prioritizing needs and funding to benefit the residents and constituents in the most effective way possible. From starting his career diving sewers for meter installations, he has expertise in comprehensive engineering analysis of flow and condition data, complex RDII analysis, and sewer system evaluation and assessment programs. He brings a unique perspective and understanding with experience in both the public and private sectors, and in both collection and treatment of water. As an active member in the collection system community, he has received recognition as a Young Professional of the Year, Golden Manhole Recipient, and WEF Ops Challenge Competitor.
