As a leadership consultant, I help tech companies navigate the biggest risk and the biggest opportunity for a business - the human factor. I hands-on run workshops, and internal L&D programs and advise teams and execs on leadership and performance.

During the last year alone, I've worked with kick-ass businesses like NFQ, TransUnion, SEB, Bitė, Festo, DPD, Rimi, Ignitis, Circle K, Exacaster and more. In the past four years, I've trained and consulted 1500+ managers and high-performers in tech companies. Before that, I spent more than a decade leading international tech teams, building award-winning enterprise AI products and building state-of-the-art technology.
