My name is Tomas Piaggio, I am from Montevideo, Uruguay. I am a systems engineer with 10 years of experience in the field, having worked in companies such as Oracle and Amazon, and today I work as CTO of CreateThrive, a software development agency that I co-founded 4 years ago.

I am a Software Architecture lecturer at ORT University, where in my courses we cover traditional and serverless architectures, and I have participated in numerous projects with this type of architectures.

I have collaborated with the GDG Montevideo on several occasions, where I was the speaker of a number of talks.

Mi nombre es Tomás Piaggio, soy de Montevideo, Uruguay. Soy un ingeniero de sistemas con 10 años de experiencia en el rubro, habiendo trabajado en empresas como Oracle y Amazon, y por el momento he trabajado con Firebase hace ya 4 años.

Soy docente de Arquitectura de Software en la Universidad ORT Uruguay, donde en mis cursos damos Firebase, y he participado en numerosos proyectos con Firebase como backend.

He colaborado con el GDG Montevideo en reiteradas ocasiones, donde fui speaker de un número de charlas de Firebase.
