I am an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I have led several successful Agile transformations and Scrum implementations. I coach and train individuals and teams in the Scrum framework and assist organizations in cultivating a culture where engagement, productivity, and growth are achievable.

With 19 years of experience in IT as a Scrum Master, trainer, and programmer, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse business sectors including finance, e-commerce, health, and public. I became a Scrum Master because I recognized that the human element within a business is as crucial as technical expertise. Since then, I’ve been on a quest to find the IT „holy grail” – a product delivered on time, within budget, and of high quality.

On a personal note, I am a husband and father of three children. I enjoy traveling and reading, as they quench my life’s curiosity.
