He also held senior roles at multiple firms, where he enhanced his mergers, acquisitions, and corporate and securities law skills at Hallett & Perrin, P.C.

Additionally, Tony served as Vice President at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., where he played a key role in integrating acquisitions and negotiating contracts with major clients. Before establishing Baymark Partners, he was pivotal at Transition Capital Partners as director, general counsel, and chief financial officer, managing the firm's investment strategies and portfolio.
