Tony Smurlo has over 23 years of experience with municipal and industrial water and wastewater transmission, conveyance, pumping and treatment facilities. His specialty is working with subject matter experts and equipment representatives to develop a basis of design; lead a multi-disciplined engineering team to create construction documents and specifications; and provide construction oversight / administration. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio he believes the Browns will one day win a Super Bowl.
