Torsten Strauß (MVP) is the CEO of inside-sqlserver and Principal Microsoft SQL Consultant at Sarpedon Quality Lab. He is a multi-certified Microsoft expert specializing in Azure DevOps, as well as performance optimization and development of SQL Server and Azure SQL environments.

Since 2018, he has been recognized annually as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for Data Platform — and since 2025, also for Developer Technologies.
