Towo realized one day that he has dedicated his working life to reducing unneccesary suffering. Early on, as an engineer in the 90's it meant infusing internet security software with quality. Then he moved to management and leadership, looking for ways to work smarter, wiser, and in general better. As a business thinking engineering leader, he has lead several Agile transformations at scale and possibly saved a couple of companies. There has been an increasing focus on people over the years, as the technology industry seems to be all about people in the end. Nowadays he focuses on helping clients lead their organizations towards less unnecessary suffering.
He is no longer training ninjas in the basement of the company.
