Theresa Newton, Ph.D. from Cornell University, is an engineer with IBM Microelectronics with almost 20 years of experience. She spent her first few years with IBM in process engineering, then moved to data analysis in Final Test and Characterization supporting a progression of technologies. At IBM, she is an active participant in the Women's Interest Network and in educational outreach. She lives in Vermont with her husband, two teenagers, two toddlers, and a house full of animals.
