Tracey Shaner is an industry certified dynamic Senior Agile Coach, with a deep-rooted belief in the human aspect of coaching that fosters trust and enables meaningful change. She is driven by a desire to make a positive impact and inspire those around her.
Tracey has an unwavering dedication to making the lives of those around her better, both personally and professionally. She has led training and mentoring initiatives that have provided hundreds of hours of training on a variety of Scrum topics and has overall resulted in new skills and earned certifications for hundreds of colleagues. Outside of work, Tracey serves as the President of Evan’s Eleven, a non-profit that delivers community enhancements to the area she calls home.
In her personal time, Tracey enjoys channeling her creativity as a DJ and singer with her band “Pandora's Boxx.” Tracey is currently pursuing her master’s in business administration at Strayer University.
