Trevor Burton-McCreadie is a software architect and founder of EitherOr, where he helps organisations in industries like manufacturing, food technology, financial services and online gaming build software systems that solve real business problems and, you know, make money.

Like everyone else, Trevor is trying to work out how to make the best use of AI. Most of his time is spent building software for organisations with difficult problems to solve, figuring out where AI genuinely adds value and where conventional software engineering is still the better answer. His talks share ideas and lessons learned from building production systems, with an emphasis on practical architectures over hype.
