As Founder of Ignite Your Path, she specialises in relational systems work across Agile teams, helping leaders transform relationships and manage conflict in diverse, globally distributed environments.

She has developed multiple diagnostic frameworks and coaching tools – including her signature F.A.D.E.A.W.A.Y. framework – that help teams identify and repair relational drift before it undermines performance. Her training in ORSC, nonviolent communication, and systemic coaching informs her story-driven, practical approach to creating sustainable relational change.
