Tutu Ariyo is a certified ICF Coach (ACC), ORSC trained and an ICAgile certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) with experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting large, globally distributed teams.

For over a decade, Tutu has worked with individuals, teams, and their systems of interaction, supporting them in transforming their relationships and managing conflict in the workplace while encouraging collaboration in diversity to create sustainable systemic changes.

She is a keen believer in continual improvement and is always in the front row to explore new ideas and put them to practice. She loves sharing stories from her journey. She started with a background in Business and Customer Relationship Management.
