Uchi co-invented a novel way of using Blockchain for digital asset and identity management, filled Canadian and US blockchain patents, and uses Blockchain and machine learning to build disruptive solutions as an Engineer and researcher in the FinTech and Digital Identity space.

Uchi founded AfricaHacks, a youth-led youth-focused organization, to accelerate the creativity of youth in Africa and youth of African descent. AfricaHacks organizes Africa's largest tech competition, a virtual Hackathon with thousands of youth, Judges, and sponsors from around the world and supports Hackathons like BothoHacks.org across Africa. Uchi's work has created 14 new Startups in Nigeria and Ghana.

Additionally, Uchi is an On Deck Fellow, a Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) Honouree, a Governor's Special Scholar, serial Founder with millions of dollars raised from partners from around the world.

On the global stage, Uchi speaks about Blockchain, smart cities, and African potential. Recently, Uchi was a speaker at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Speaker at DeveloperWeek Global, the largest Developer Conference in the world.
