Ugochi Ihe is a digital rights and tech policy advocate working at the intersection of digital safety, inclusion, and systems change. At TechHer NG, she currently serves as the Digital Literacy and Education Lead, where she leads work spanning digital safety prevention & response, policy advocacy, and research, with a focus on advancing safer digital spaces for all women and girls in Nigeria. Her work is grounded in the belief that safety, access, and agency are not optional features of digital participation, but foundational. Ugochi is particularly passionate about building and strengthening the infrastructure needed for women and girls to participate safely and meaningfully in Nigeria’s digital ecosystem. She was part of the pioneering team that developed TechHer’s Volunteer Lawyer Network, creating a pro bono legal support system that connects survivors of tech-facilitated gender-based violence to legal support in Nigeria.
