In this life, Ulhas is a seasoned engineering leader with experience spanning multiple startups, MNCs, and product companies. Over the last 15 years, he has worked in different stacks such as Mobile, Backend, Devops and Frontend.

For the last eight years, he has been running his dev agency, helping founders with engineering decisions, building products, teams and tech. He is also a Principal at Workshop Ventures, helping climate and education-focused startups with building products and teams.
