Usha Ganesh is the Director of the Cloud Business Office at Global Payments. Usha brings to her role her expertise built over 17 years navigating the line between IT and Finance in her various roles as a Cost Accountant, IT Business Analyst, and Project/ Portfolio Management. She collaborates across functional work streams to set standards and build technological efficiencies and governance in a complex multi cloud environment. She is the company’s first Certified FinOps practitioner and has been successful setting up a Cloud Community of Practice and in building the cloud community at Global Payments.

Outside of work, she believes in giving back to the community through fundraising and volunteering for Sankara Eye Foundation and Generation Serve with her family and being involved in various DEI organizations.

She is a mother of two and strives to raise her children to be strong, empathetic, kind human beings. As a family, they love traveling, hiking, adventure sports, board games, and working out together.
