Vagish Vela is a technology and product leader working at the intersection of AI, software engineering, entrepreneurship, and product strategy. Originally from London and now based in the United States, he has spent his career moving between building software and building companies, including VTAKU, an IT solutions provider, alongside other ventures across the US and UK.

His focus is the gap between an impressive technical demo and a product people actually adopt. He's especially interested in how large language models and AI agents move from API calls to reliable, tool-using systems inside real applications, and in the product, architecture, and business decisions that determine whether that transition succeeds. His perspective spans the full lifecycle of technology, from idea and architecture through engineering, product, launch, and growth.

Vagish also organizes Google Developer Group (GDG) Toledo, bringing developers, founders, students, and technology professionals together to learn from each other. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and speaks on AI product strategy, agentic systems, and building technology people actually use.
