Her professional experience spans different fields and several countries, from Europe to Asia and back to Europe, where she is currently involved in the implementation of Agile practices and digital transformation of one of Spain's top telecommunications companies.
She is passionate about foreign cultures and their ways of interacting, and she enjoys coming up with tailor-made solutions to get the best out of Agility in multicultural contexts and vice-versa.
