Van McAlister is a sophomore undergraduate staff with the Office of New Student Orientation at a large public institution. He serves as a team leader, helping guide, teach, and supervise a team of about 40 orientation leaders, and performs various recruiting and office-related tasks. He also served as an orientation leader over the past year.
