Vanessa Franco has over 5 years of experience as a Program Director at Florida International University, where she's worked to improve the student experience in different roles within higher education. With a Master's degree in Higher Education: Student Personnel, she has experience in areas like Orientation and Retention Programs, Campus Life, Student Activities, Fraternity and Sorority Life, and Leadership and Service programs.

Vanessa enjoys helping new students and their families navigate college life, making the transition smoother and helping them feel connected to the university. She believes in the power of education to change lives and is committed to supporting students in their personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, Vanessa loves spending time with family, friends, and loved ones! She also enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and exploring new places and cultures.
