I'm a Partner Product Success director at Salesforce, the world's #1 AI, Data and CRM company. In my current role, I help increase partner sourced/influenced ACV by engaging, enabling and supporting partner technologists in technical pre-sales, solution architecture and demand gen activities. I create and deliver enablement content for events such as Webinars, Events, Demos, Workshops, and Product Summits for all MuleSoft products including Anypoint Platform, Composer, RPA, and Salesforce Flow. I run partner advisory board meetings and deliver in person workshops and gather the voice of the partner to pass it to our product team and enable New Product Introductions (NPIs) for our products. I participate in cadence meetings with Partner Account, Sales and practice Delivery teams to align on gaps, needs, and planning of Capacity and Capability of the Partner Ecosystem, with specific insights on key partners. I'm an avid community manager and lead the Boston Mulesoft technical User group, engaging with various talks

The Digital Diplomacy: Using AI Agents to Redefine Enterprise Integration Strategy

or decades, organizations have viewed legacy systems as brittle technical debt. Traditional RPA (Robotic Process Automation) offered a temporary band-aid, but as enterprises shift toward multi-cloud architectures, brittle scripts are no longer enough. The next frontier of AI-driven automation isn't about mimicking clicks; it’s about semantic translation.
This session will introduce the concept of "Digital Diplomacy," a revolutionary AI Integration Strategy where autonomous Agents bridge the $1.7 trillion gap between legacy infrastructure and modern cloud platforms. Drawing on my real-world experiences scaling tools like MuleSoft and Salesforce Agentforce across global networks, we will explore how machine learning can dynamically map legacy business logic, generate cloud-native APIs, and safely unlock decades-old data without disrupting core operations. Attendees will learn how to architect Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) integration pipelines, moving integrations from deterministic code to dynamic, intelligent workflows.

From Legacy to LLMs: Empowering 15,000 Developers to Build Vertical-Specific AI Agents

I fully believe that the true power of Generative AI isn't unlocked by centralized data science teams; it's unlocked when thousands of distributed developers are empowered to build niche, use-case-specific solutions. The big dilemma when you start though is how do you provide the frameworks, tools, and product strategy to make this happen securely at a global scale?
My session dives into the AI Product Strategy behind democratizing AI development. We will explore how providing low-code wrappers around powerful LLMs enabled a community of over 15,000 developers across 40 countries to build vertical-specific AI agents. We will unpack the tooling required to bridge the gap between complex legacy systems (like on-premise EHRs) and modern Generative AI interfaces. Attendees will learn the best practices for building an internal "Agent Ecosystem," measuring developer adoption, and ensuring that grassroots AI innovations align with enterprise security standards.

The Agentic Era: Scaling AI Agents Globally with Ethics, Governance, and HITL

As organizations rush to deploy autonomous Agents across their operations, they face a critical bottleneck: how do we scale AI without sacrificing governance, exacerbating bias, or losing control of complex systems?
Drawing from the experience of enabling over 15,000 developers across 40 countries, my session provides an executive blueprint for scaling AI agents responsibly. We will explore the vital role of Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) architectures in maintaining governance and regulation compliance, particularly in highly regulated industries like healthcare and finance.
By treating AI as a "Digital Diplomat" rather than an autonomous overlord, technology leaders can embed AI ethics and bias mitigation directly into their development pipelines. Attendees will walk away with a proven operational framework for auditing AI agents, implementing low-code ethical guardrails, and successfully rolling out intelligent systems to diverse, global markets.

Key Takeaways:

The Executive HITL Framework: PArticipants will learn how to structure teams so human oversight is seamlessly integrated into autonomous agent workflows without creating bottlenecks.

They will also be able to iscover practical methods for conducting bias audits and embedding ethical guardrails into low-code AI agents.
Finally they can gain a strategic roadmap for maintaining strict regulatory compliance while accelerating the deployment of AI-driven automation at scale.
