Vatsal Gupta is a cybersecurity architect with over 12 years of experience specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), access governance, and intelligent automation. His work integrates security architecture with adaptive, risk-aware solutions—closely aligning with Purple Team principles by blending defensive strategies with forward-thinking design.

Vatsal currently leads IAM engineering initiatives at Apple, where he builds scalable, policy-driven access frameworks that support enterprise security and compliance. He has previously held leadership roles at Meta and PwC, advising Fortune 100 clients on IAM strategy, automation, and regulatory alignment.

He is a Senior Member of IEEE and an active member of IDPro, continuously contributing to the advancement of identity and cybersecurity standards. Vatsal holds a Master’s in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and is a certified AWS Architect and SailPoint IIQ Engineer.
