Veeresh Patil is a Specialist UX Design at Amgen, one of the world's largest biotech companies, where he designs AI and data products for large-scale enterprise environments - building experiences that help senior leaders and their teams make faster, more confident decisions from complex data. With over 11 years across enterprise UX, brand, and design systems, he has shaped digital products for more than 30+ global organisations - including Walmart Global Tech, Bosch, Harman, IBM, TCS, Wipro, and Marriott and many more.

His career has been defined by building from scratch - from designing foundational customer-facing products at Zopsmart (Zopnow) and Evening Flavors in his early years, to being brought in at Newparts.Inc to establish a multi-brand design system for a 1M+ user automotive platform. The longest and most defining chapter of his career was at Zensciences, where as Associate Creative Director he built and led a multidisciplinary UX and design team - delivering award-winning work for globally recognised enterprises including Walmart Global Tech, IBM, Bosch, Harman, EY, and Marriott. He introduced the VIBE creative community, an internal model for continuous learning that transformed how the team collaborated and created. His work has earned four design awards, including a Gold at Indigo Design Awards and a nomination on Awwwards.

Growing up in a small village in North Karnataka, he was the last person anyone expected to speak on a stage an introvert who found design before he found his voice. Veeresh mentors designers across India - through workshops, college/institute programmes, and one-on-one sessions online and offline. A daily meditation practitioner, he believes the human mind is the most underestimated design tool in existence and that the stillness required to access it is the skill the industry keeps training out. He believes the most underrated skill in design isn't a tool or a method - it's knowing when to stop and let the mind wander.
