Venkata Raghava Lepakshi is a SAP techno-functional architect with over 19 years of experience across supply chain management, specializing in SAP PP/MFG, PP-PI, QM, WM, MM, and APO Demand Planning, complemented by strong ABAP development skills (RICEF, BDC, LSMW). Throughout his career, he has delivered end-to-end SAP implementations, greenfield rollouts, and global template deployments across the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, automotive, high-tech, and chemical industries.
As SAP Solution Architect at Refresco Beverages (Tampa, FL, since April 2021), Venkata serves as the technical authority for SAP supply chain architecture across a globally distributed S/4HANA landscape. He designed and governs a multi-module Global Template deployed across 13 acquired plants, currently leading three simultaneous Australia go-lives. He originated and architected a raw material traceability initiative that shifted procurement materials from IM-managed to WM-managed storage, closing a critical visibility gap and establishing a repeatable network template now standardized company-wide.
Earlier in his career, Venkata held senior consulting and lead roles with Accenture, Cognizant, and Wipro Technologies, supporting clients including Archer-Daniels-Midland, Carrier Corporation, ASML, Mylan, Merck, Philips, Heineken, and Warburtons. His work spanned S/4HANA 1909 greenfield implementation, MES/MII integration, demand planning configuration, and quality management across pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments.
Venkata is a TOGAF® Certified Enterprise Architect (The Open Group) and holds SAP Certification in ECC 6.0. Applying TOGAF ADM principles, he consistently bridges business strategy and technology execution, translating stakeholder objectives into scalable, secure SAP solutions across global manufacturing networks.
