Verónica Analía Recchia is an Argentine lawyer and psychologist, lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology (UBA) and instructor at the Centro de e-Learning, UTN FRBA, where she teaches leadership, cognition, and applied decision-making in high-pressure environments.

Her research combines cognitive science, ethics, organizational psychology and AI-driven decision architectures. She is the author of Agilidad y Talento. Egoísmo y Altruismo del Poder (A pesar de la Mente Click) and is currently developing her new book MenteClick.IA (La continuidad de la especie) — ISBN 978-631-01-1706-5 — on artificial intelligence, evolutionary continuity and human-machine alterity.

Her work explores how intuitive cognition and structured ML pipelines can coexist to preserve human judgment and ethical direction in accelerated technological ecosystems.
