Vicki Landers, PT, MHA, ACC is a physical therapist, certified professional coach, and former healthcare software analyst and strategist who has spent her career at the intersection of people, systems, and technology. Her work spans roles as a clinician, supervisor, director, and Senior Systems Analyst/Strategist at North Kansas City Hospital, where she led software strategy, implementations, and workflow analysis for home health.
