Victoria Kuklina is a healthcare finance leader, operator, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of finance, operations, and decision-making.

After two decades of working across industries and seeing the same profitability challenges surface again and again, she began to recognize a deeper pattern. She started thinking about profit not as a report, but as a continuous system shaped by decisions — what she now calls Profit Cycle Management (PCM), a way of seeing how capacity, revenue, margin, and cash move together inside a business.

Victoria is widely recognized as the former “FinTech CFO” of Pinnacle Home Care, where she served on the executive leadership team and helped scale the organization from $17M to over $200M in revenue over 7.5 years. During that period, Pinnacle expanded from 4 to 17 locations, served 10,000 patients per month, and became Florida’s largest privately held home health company, achieving consistent 35% year-over-year growth driven by disciplined financial strategy and operational rigor.

Her work was formally recognized in 2021 when she was named CFO of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

After exiting Pinnacle in 2024, Victoria co-founded FinHealth Inc., a financial intelligence company built for home healthcare and hospice agencies. FinHealth was created to address the structural gap she repeatedly observed — where decisions move faster than financial visibility — helping leaders strengthen margins, improve cash flow, and expand care capacity through better alignment between finance and operations.

Earlier in her career, Victoria spent a decade as a consulting CFO, leading financial transformations, M&A initiatives, and operational turnarounds across multiple industries. By applying best practices from SaaS, manufacturing, and real estate to healthcare, she has demonstrated that profitability is not accidental — it is intentionally engineered.

Victoria is a Canadian CPA, CGA, and holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University. She is known for bridging finance and technology, pairing deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS with systems design, automation, and scalable financial modeling.

Today, Victoria is focused on pioneering Profit Cycle Management (PCM) as a clearer, more effective framework for healthcare leaders to understand and manage financial performance.
