After a first experience in change management within an IT department, I joined EY Fabernovel 2 years ago as Product Owner, Scrum Master and Project Manager. This triple role allows me to ensure the proper development of a website and/or mobile application, working hand in hand with our developers and our UX/UI Designer.

My challenge? To manage each project in an agile manner and learn from our mistakes to deliver quality products to our clients!

Après une première expérience dans la conduite du changement au sein de DSI, j'ai rejoint il y a 2 ans EY Fabernovel en tant que Product Owner, Scrum Master et Chef de projet. Une triple casquette qui me permet, au quotidien, d'assurer le bon développement d'un site web et/ou d'une application mobile, en travaillant main dans la main avec nos développeurs et nos UX/UI Designer.

Mon challenge ? Piloter chaque projet de façon agile et apprendre de nos erreurs pour délivrer des produits de qualité à nos clients !
