Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Albertsons in Pleasanton, California, Vikas manages the Loyalty Unified Data Platform/Customer 360 platform, overseeing customer and loyalty data ingestion and analytics. He is responsible for customer journey analytics, loyalty new features, daily transaction processing and analysis, and delivering Wall Street reporting on loyalty metrics. During his tenure at Antuit.ai (acquired by Zebra Technologies), he designed B2B personalization strategy roadmaps and built AI-driven omnichannel marketing solutions.
Throughout his career at organizations including NextPhase.ai, Brillio, Antuit.ai, and Fractal.ai, Vikas has demonstrated expertise in building products at scale, developing analytics strategies, and leading cross-functional teams. He is proficient in data science programming languages including R and Python, platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, AWS, and Hadoop, and visualization tools including PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, and Spotfire including SQL querying for various analysis and other use cases in the cloud environments
Vikas holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and skilled in managing complex projects using JIRA, MS Project, and GitHub.
