Vince Resente has enjoyed a 30-year career in the Telco Industry, Private/Public Cloud, Server, Computer Desktop / Mobile, LAN, WAN, Remote Access, IP VPN, Security, ISP industry. He started his career at SIEMENS to get into the Telecoms market and has enjoyed a full career in this field.

He has a passion for new and emerging Converged Data Centers, Networks, Software Defined “Everything”, IoT , Wireless and the Mobile GSM / GPRS / UMTS and Hyper Converged Infrastructure Hyperscale Cloud world.

The major portion of his career he has been a Pre- and Technical Post-Sales engineer for the diverse market in South Africa.

He has been instrumental in designing Cloud, Remote Desktop/Mobile management strategies and Converged Infrastructure solutions for most of the major Commercial customers, IT Outsourcers and System Integrators in South Africa.

Vince is currently the Azure Advanced Networking SME and is engaging with all Enterprise customers and Partner organisations that support the Azure Advanced Networking offerings. He is also the Azure AVS (VMWare Solution) SME for the MEA region supporting all partners and fellow CSA’s in building demo labs and delivering customer demo’s.
