I’m an AI Practice Leader for Asia Pacific and Distinguished Technologist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, based in Melbourne. I work on large-scale Sovereign AI Factory programs across Korea, Singapore and Southeast Asia.

My role spans architecture and delivery planning, from data-centre and GPU infrastructure through Kubernetes-based AI platforms, model serving, orchestration and production operations. I also focus on securing agentic systems, including Non-Human Identity, data-aware guardrails, MCP trust boundaries, runtime policy enforcement and risk-based human oversight.

I’m a named inventor on 25 patents and co-author of *Own Your AI: The Sovereign Stack Playbook*, and I regularly write and speak about AI infrastructure, security, governance and economics.
