I'm an Applied AI Educator and founder of Infinity AI. Since 2023, I've designed and delivered AI workflow and adoption training to more than 1,000 professionals across India, North America, the UK, and Germany, and authored six practitioner books on AI workflows and productivity systems, read across thirteen Amazon marketplaces globally. My background is in engineering research at RWTH Aachen University, which shapes how I approach AI adoption: as a systems problem, not a training problem.

Most of my work now sits inside a narrower question: not whether AI governance permits a system to run, which is where most compliance conversations stop, but whether a specific task inside an already-approved system should still require a person's judgment, and what quietly erodes when that question stops getting asked. I speak on this at the level of GovTech and other regulated environments where system approval and task-level accountability are too often treated as the same thing.
