Vivek Ravisankar is the CEO and Co-Founder of HackerRank, the platform used by over 7 million developers to hone their skills, and is employed by 2,000+ companies like Amazon, Lyft, LinkedIn and Dropbox to recruit top tech talent. After graduating from NIT in India, Ravisankar worked as a software engineer at Amazon, where he spent hundreds of hours interviewing other developers. To help bring efficiency, standardization and inclusivity to the technical hiring process, he co-founded HackerRank, the first Indian startup to graduate from Y-Combinator.
