Vladimir Končar is an awarded designer and entrepreneur. With 20 years of experience, he focuses on developing teams, design strategies, and creating digital products and services. He co-founded his first company, the digital agency Revolution straight from the college, and later on, InsurTech company Amodo. He merged Revolution with Five, where he helped set processes and lead cross-functional teams to craft high-quality experiences in reaching product goals for different clients on the US market. He is known for organizing and co-leading UX meetups as an IxDA Croatia regional leader. Currently, he works as a director of design at Kiwi.com, where he leads a diverse team and company design strategy for a Czech travel startup.
