Will Ferry, Ph.D., P.Eng., ACC, CPCC, is an engineer, executive coach, and founder of Will Ferry Group. He brings over two decades of experience leading engineering, R&D, advanced manufacturing, and new product introduction initiatives across the aerospace, robotics, and electronics industries.

Throughout his career, Will has led large, multidisciplinary technical teams in complex, high-stakes environments, guided multi-million-dollar product launches, and experienced firsthand the challenges technical professionals face when moving from solving problems themselves to leading the people who solve them.

Today, Will partners with industrial and high-tech organizations to develop stronger leaders, build high-performing teams, and implement better systems. As a management consultant and coach, he has delivered leadership programs across a wide range of industries and coached technical professionals at different stages of their careers.
