Will is a technical business leader who has spent 20+ years building software that reaches millions - including Amazon Prime Video, Fire TV and Snapchat - and leading the engineering teams behind them. After 13+ years in engineering leadership, he made a deliberate pivot back to hands-on building: trading the org chart for a squad of AI coding agents to find out what one engineer can really do at startup pace.

Today he orchestrates multi-agent Claude Code workflows that compress a team's worth of delivery into a single high-output loop, without sacrificing quality or architectural rigour.
