William P Billy Davis is Executive Director of Bronzeville Community Development Partnership (BCDP), a Chicago-based nonprofit advancing preservation, economic revitalization, and clean mobility innovation in the historic Bronzeville Black Metropolis National Heritage Area community. Under his leadership, BCDP has developed initiatives spanning cultural tourism, smart mobility infrastructure, and zero-emission transportation, positioning Bronzeville as a model “Community of the Future.” His work integrates heritage preservation with climate-forward economic development strategies that expand equitable access to emerging technologies.
