Will Robinson is a growth strategist, operator, and advisor who has spent his career helping companies navigate moments of rapid change — from the early internet era to today’s AI-driven market shifts.

He has led strategy, growth, and product initiatives across startups and global enterprises, with work spanning cybersecurity, SaaS, healthcare, telecom, financial services, and emerging technology. His experience ranges from helping launch award-winning cybersecurity products to advising companies on go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and scalable growth systems.

Over the course of his career, Will helped commercialize NSA technology into the SilentRunner cybersecurity platform, contributed to the growth of companies involved in multiple major exits, and worked on transformation and growth initiatives with organizations including Microsoft, Intel, EMC, Avaya, Lucent, and TripAdvisor. He has also founded and advised startups, taught strategy and entrepreneurship at Emerson College, and co-taught “Cyberspace and the Law” with Lawrence Lessig at Yale Law School.

Known for combining deep technical knowledge with practical business thinking, Will speaks on AI, growth strategy, go-to-market execution, product-market fit, and the future of modern business systems. He holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He’s also the father of three daughters, which may be the hardest leadership role of all.
