Winona Jones-Archie is a highly skilled, creative professional with an exemplary record of mentoring and training with demonstrated leadership skills in instructional planning and development. She currently serves as the Coordinator of Social Emotional Learning for Gwinnett County Public Schools. Winona joined GCPS in 2016 as an Instructional Coach at the local school and soon became a Math Instructional Specialist followed by an Elementary Assistant Principal. For over 28 years, Winona has played an integral role in teacher mentoring and teacher effectiveness by modeling best practices for educators throughout the Atlanta Metro Area. Winona is skilled in Career Development, Coaching, Lesson Planning, Educational Technology, and Instructional Design in the primary/secondary education industry.
