Xantha Bruso is a Principal on the Strategic Electrification team at The Cadmus Group, where she leads technical and policy analysis for state and regional transportation planning efforts, and designs, implements, and evaluates utility electric vehicle charging infrastructure programs. She recently advised on the development of New York State’s Clean Transportation Roadmap, and is currently leading the evaluation of four California utilities’ fleet electrification programs. Prior to Cadmus, she led automated vehicle policy and program development at AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah, and held multiple positions at Pacific Gas & Electric Company over twelve years, covering clean transportation strategy, climate policy, energy procurement, corporate sustainability, and renewable energy programs. She has an MBA from the Presidio Graduate School, a Master in City Planning from MIT, and a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
