Working in an agile context for over 10 years, I operate at the crossroads between Business and Manufacturing teams; Transformation of Information Systems, Methodology, Tools, Needs Analysis and Change Support are my daily leitmotifs.
Considering capitalization as a fundamental element of my profession, I also work as a trainer and specialize in agility at scale (SAFe SPC).
A convinced agilist and aficionado of empirical methods, I define myself as an "Agilitator", and thrive in this constantly evolving work context. My credo: “Effectiveness, Efficiency, Spirit of initiative”
