I’m a Solutions Architect at Codehouse and a five-time consecutive Sitecore Technology MVP (2022–2026). I’ve been building on Sitecore since December 2013, which gives me almost thirteen years of hands-on experience, about half of Sitecore’s twenty-five-year history. I’ve worked through every major era of the platform, migrating clients from Sitecore 7, 8, 9 and 10 into XM Cloud and now SitecoreAI. My experience covers XP, SXA, XM Cloud, Content Hub, CDP, OrderCloud, Search and SitecoreAI. After almost thirteen years, knowing the full stack is my real strength. Because I understand how the whole platform fits together, I can solve problems that specialists can’t.

Community has always been at the heart of what I do. I founded the Sitecore User Group Hyderabad (SUGHYD), where I’ve organised 55 sessions, and I’m an organiser of SUGCON India 2026. I’ve spoken at SUGCON India, SUGCHN, SUGLATAM and SUGPUNE, competed in three Sitecore Hackathons, and published 116 technical articles on my “Sitecore Me” blog. My current work centres on content migration pipelines, agentic authoring apps and AI-first SEO.

AI Optimization (AIO) for Sitecore: Schema Markup Meets llms.txt

Search is splitting in two. On one side, Google still drives traffic through traditional search results — and schema markup is the key to standing out with rich snippets, knowledge panels, and enhanced listings. On the other side, AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are becoming the new front door to the internet — and they need an entirely different approach to understand your site.
Most Sitecore teams have invested in SEO, but almost none have considered AI Optimization (AIO) — the practice of making your content discoverable and accurately represented by AI language models. This session presents a complete, dual-track strategy: Schema Markup for search engine visibility, and llms.txt for AI assistant discoverability — both implemented on SitecoreAI with Next.js.
This isn’t theory. I’ll walk through two working implementations: a schema markup strategy that enhances how Google displays your Sitecore content, and a custom Next.js middleware pipeline that dynamically generates llms.txt from the SitecoreAI content tree — so AI models always have a clean, structured understanding of your site without manual file maintenance.
