Yotam Oren, is the CEO and co-founder of Mona, the leading intelligent AI monitoring company. As a career data executive for over 15 years, Yotam has an extensive background bringing data-driven products into the enterprise software market. From 2015-2018, Yotam held multiple roles at ADP, including as VP of Operations and Growth for ADP’s cloud payroll. During his time at ADP, Yotam incubated and launched data products - now leveraged by hundreds of enterprise customers across North America. Prior to ADP, Yotam was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised technology companies on data strategy and business operations. Yotam holds a B.Sc (Cum Laude) in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University in Israel, and an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Michigan. In his free time, Yotam enjoys hiking, and running around Atlanta with his kids.
