Yusuke Sugiyama is a Software Engineering & Strategy Lead at Tokyo Gas, where he leads the in-house development of customer-facing B2C digital services within the Residential Market Strategy Department. He focuses on designing, building, and operating a microservices platform powered by Kubernetes. In addition to his technical role, he manages and mentors his engineering team, supporting both their growth and the success of their products. In July 2024, he earned the title of Kubestronaut, and in October 2024, he played a key role in Tokyo Gas becoming a CNCF End User Supporter.
